Boys' Town in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to guide the HR function and lead a small team, while coordinating outsourced HR support. Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong HR generalist background with experience across the full spectrum of HR.
• Experience leading HR projects, process improvement, or HR digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in funding applications, grant administration, compliance reporting, or audit‑related work will be highly advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead the HR Function; manage and develop a small HR team while overseeing outsourced HR support.
• Ensure efficient, responsive, and high‑quality HR service delivery across the organisation.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and managers.
• Drive End-to-End HR Operations: oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and engagement.
• Ensure governance, funding & compliance with employment legislation, funding requirements, and audits.
• Prepare workforce analytics, HR dashboards, management reports, and board papers.
