Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR, personnel management, and business operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR practices.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and org development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and management strategies.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Manage performance, training, career development, and succession plans.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, leave, and records.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
• Advise senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, and departmental budgets.
• Supervise HR and admin staff.
• Coordinate with government agencies, auditors, and service providers.
• Support strategic planning, operational improvements, and change management.
• Monitor HR KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Safeguard confidentiality of employee information and company records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
