Job summary

You will work with Performance, Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development teams to deliver holistic HR solutions and improve talent outcomes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Singapore citizen with at least 3 years of HR experience.
• Public sector experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner key stakeholders to understand manpower needs and support organisational priorities.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to strengthen employer brand and align with organisational strategies.
• Drive recruitment, identify, attract and hire the right talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and collaboration with HR functions.
