Singapore National Employers Federation seeks a senior HR leader to shape and drive human resources strategy, operations and people initiatives across the organisation in Singapore.

The role requires expert knowledge of local employment law, a strong leadership track record, and the ability to engage with senior management, employees and external stakeholders to build a high-performing, compliant HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline.
• IHRP certification is preferred; IHRP-SP preferred for Director.
• At least 12 years of HR experience, with 15+ years for Director.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity, discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.

Responsabilités

• Develop and drive HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
• Lead manpower planning, budgeting and cost management for HR deployment.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll, compensation & benefits, engagement and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and alignment with HR best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders and provide sound people-related advice.
• Oversee performance management, appraisals and compensation reviews.
• Lead learning, development, talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, workplace issues and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee general office administration, facilities management, procurement and vendor relations.
