Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager, People & Culture to lead the HR team and drive people strategies across the full spectrum of HR functions.

You will advise the Deputy CEO, shape workforce plans, oversee talent acquisition, performance management, development and employee relations, and ensure compliance with local laws. Occasional work at multiple sites is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or MBA will be an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of HR and Payroll experience with team leader responsibilities.
• Experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions: Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the People & Culture team and full spectrum of HR functions.
• Advise the Deputy CEO and team on HR and people-related matters.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and workforce plans aligned with organisational requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Manage workforce planning, talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes and performance review cycles.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning and staff development initiatives.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee compensation and benefits structures and HR operations.
• Manage HR reporting, HR systems and HR data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, frameworks and procedures.
• Maintain HR governance and risk management processes.
• Lead HR transformation, process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
• Oversee HRIS enhancements and other HR-related projects.
• Support strategic and cross-functional projects as required.
