Job summary

SingHealth Group in Singapore seeks a Deputy Director/Director of Policy, Planning & Employee Relations to shape workforce and HR governance for over 38,000 staff across hospitals, national centres and polyclinics.

Reporting to the Deputy Group CHRO, you will lead HR policy, employee relations and workforce analytics, partnering with government and health authorities to strengthen readiness and governance across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant HR experience in large organisations.
• Public sector/public healthcare experience is advantageous.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cluster-wide workforce planning, analytics and organisational planning initiatives.
• Drive strategic HR planning including workplans, budgets and metrics.
• Develop, review and maintain HR policies for the cluster.
• Advise on employee relations, disciplinary processes and governance.
• Strengthen capability through training and continuous improvement.
• Oversee HR risk management, data governance and contingency planning.
• Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing team.
