seeks an experienced Senior Business Development professional based at the Singapore Corporate Office to drive market analysis, site evaluations, and feasibility studies for new hotel projects across regions. You will prepare commercial documentation, negotiate MOUs/LOIs, and collaborate with legal counsel to finalize definitive agreements with owners, developers and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, finance or real estate.
• Highly motivated individual with ability to multi-task effectively.
• Organized and able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
• A good team player with proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare opportunity assessment reports for each lead across regions.
• Liaise with potential owners, developers and consultants for new leads.
• Travel to assess sites and pitch to owners/developers.
• Draft commercial documents (LOI, NDA, EOI) and coordinate with legal on agreements.
• Maintain a network to source market data and track trends across regions.
• Develop presentations, proposals and pitch materials for opportunities.
• Manage project underwriting with market data and financial analysis.
• Track new project pipeline and due diligence timelines.
• Support strategic business development plans and budgets across regions.
• Manage BD tools and improve prospecting and deal flow.
