Job summary

Capella Hotel Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore leads the Design & Technical Services team to evaluate hotel development opportunities, conduct feasibility assessments, assist in concept development, and provide analytical insights to support growth across Capella and Patina luxury brands.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Design & Technical Services and the Chief Development Officer, the role focuses on project feasibility, market assessment, and strategic narratives for brand-fit concepts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture & Urban Planning, Hospitality or related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in hotel development, hospitality consulting or real estate advisory.
Ability to decipher construction documents and evaluate design and space planning.
Strong PowerPoint presentation development and data visualization skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

Review project development drawings and reports for new leads for Capella and Patina branded properties.
Conduct preliminary feasibility studies, evaluate market demand, competitive supply and opportunities.
Research data on tourism, demographic, economic, and luxury travel trends.
Contribute ideas for guest experience, programming, F&B, wellness and placemaking with operations, brand and sales teams.
Assist in developing project narratives, development briefs, owner presentations, and strategic reports.
