Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning or Workforce Analytics.
Hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS Workforce Planning experience.
Experience with workforce cost planning, skills planning, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives including demand & supply forecasting, gap analysis, and scenario modeling.
Design and implement Oracle EPM / EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions.
Build workforce models covering headcount, FTE, skills, compensation, and cost.
Partner with HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans.
Support workforce optimization, transformation, and budgeting initiatives.
Deliver insights and dashboards to support executive decision making.
