Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, international corporate environment.
• Proven track record hiring Sales talent (GTM).
• Strong consultation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with AI/automation to optimise workflows and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to shape hiring decisions, compensation models, and offers using real-time market data.
• Own the interview experience with efficient loops and elite candidate care reflecting Zendesk culture.
• Diagnose hiring funnels and pitch strategic pivots to leadership when a search needs a fresh approach.
• Collaborate regionally to align on global initiatives and elevate employer brand with diversity outreach.
