Job summary

Amazon in Singapore seeks a Senior Worldwide GTM Specialist for Amazon WorkSpaces AI and agentic solutions. You will define the global GTM for AI-enabled workspaces, identify high-value segments, and partner with sales, product, and security teams to accelerate adoption.

You will engage CIOs and IT leaders, shape lighthouse engagements, build repeatable plays, and measure program impact while evangelizing the vision through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 2+ years working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage).
• 5+ years working with Business Application Technologies (EUC, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the GTM strategy for Amazon WorkSpaces AI and agentic solutions—identifying high-value customer segments and building programs for early adoption.
• Shape the narrative around the future of agentic workspaces—position AWS as the leader in trusted environments with governance, observability, and identity management.
• Engage with enterprise leaders and partners to articulate how governed cloud workspaces solve trust, security, and compliance challenges.
• Build and scale lighthouse engagements with early adopters—generate proof points on governance, productivity, and the human + agent model.
• Develop fluency in the WorkSpaces AI portfolio to articulate how pieces fit together for customers across industries.
• Establish data-driven mechanisms to measure adoption and optimize the path from pilot to production-scale deployment.
• Evangelize the agentic workspace vision externally through thought leadership and events, and internally to drive buy-in.
• Orchestrate field uptake of AI-focused sales plays and deliver value through repeatable mechanisms.
