Responsibilities

• Utilize CRM and project management systems to manage client relationships and project workflows efficiently.
• Apply emotional intelligence to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business development initiatives.
• Communicate findings and progress reports clearly to the Head of Business Development.
