Job summary

KANEZE INTERNATIONAL GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee overall business operations and set strategic direction in Singapore.

The role focuses on growth, efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and 10–15 years of managerial experience, including senior leadership, with a proven record in growth and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years of managerial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in business growth, operations management, and team leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore business environment and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and sustainable growth
• Oversee daily operations across all departments including sales, marketing, finance, and HR
• Lead, mentor, and manage senior management and department heads
• Drive business development initiatives and expand market presence
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
• Identify business risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards
• Report to the Board of Directors on company performance and strategic initiatives
