Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
• 8–12 years of working experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, team management capabilities, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in implementing business strategies and achieving organizational goals.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
• Drive business development initiatives and support revenue growth targets.
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and financial outcomes.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization initiatives.
• Lead and manage department heads to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Act as a key decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager.
