Qualifications

• Minimum five years in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience managing a market or sales team for at least 3 years.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency required for HQ liaison and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and day-to-day management of the smart locker business in Singapore.
• Develop local business plans to drive revenue growth and manage costs and operating expenses.
• Build and manage the local team and drive business execution.
• Develop relationships with key customers, property owners, logistics partners, government agencies and industry associations.
• Identify suitable locations and partnership opportunities for smart locker deployment.
• Manage key accounts, renewals, and CRM data.
• Lead commercial negotiations and monitor payment risks and contract compliance.
