Job summary

S. F. EXPRESS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a business leader to head the smart locker initiative in Singapore. The role focuses on developing local plans, growing revenue, and controlling costs while building a capable team and managing key accounts.

You will coordinate with customers, partners, and government agencies, ensuring compliant operations and strategic deployment of locker locations across the city. Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin is needed for headquarters liaison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management or a related discipline.
• At least five years of B2B sales, key account management or business development experience.
• At least three years of experience managing a market, business unit or sales team.
• Experience in logistics, smart hardware, e-commerce, O2O services or related industries would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of the Singapore market and strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking headquarters and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and day-to-day management of the company’s smart locker business in Singapore.
• Develop local business plans and drive revenue growth, cost control, and market development.
• Build and manage the local team and establish working processes for effective execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, property owners, logistics partners, and government agencies.
• Identify locations and partnership opportunities for smart locker deployment.
• Manage key accounts, renewals, and business opportunities in the CRM system.
• Lead commercial negotiations and monitor accounts receivable and contract compliance.
• Collaborate with headquarters and internal teams to ensure compliance with Singapore regulations.
