Job summary

YHI Corporation (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive sales professional to grow our corporate fleet footprint across logistics, transportation, workshop, and retail segments. You will manage existing accounts, develop new sales channels, and support sales and operations to hit departmental targets.

You will drive growth across multiple segments, conduct market research, attend industry events, and implement loyalty programs while providing operational support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and operations, preferably in corporate sales with after-sales service maintenance contracts.
• Established network of business contacts or customers in commercial tyre, construction, logistics, or transportation industries preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Must possess own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability targets.
• Drive business growth across multiple segments (e.g., Logistics, Transportation, Direct Fleet Owners, Workshops, Retailers).
• Conduct market research to develop products that meet customer requirements.
• Attend networking events to build relationships with industry stakeholders and expand business opportunities.
• Implement customer loyalty programs and promotional packages.
• Provide operational support when required.
