have fun collective pte. ltd. is seeking a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels in Singapore.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of marketing experience, including a supervisory role, strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, advertising, and campaign management, plus excellent communication and project management skills.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, advertising, and campaign management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business and revenue objectives.
• Plan and manage digital marketing activities, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and marketing materials for consistency across all channels.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and partnerships.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, media partners, and other marketing suppliers.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics and results.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Operations, and other teams to drive growth.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and initiatives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
