You will oversee account staffing, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration, while ensuring profitable growth and high client satisfaction across campaigns and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Required 7 - 10 years account/digital/production experience in a creative advertising agency.
• Deep understanding of digital production steps and processes; high-level client communication.
• Ability to craft interactive communication strategy presentations and highlight trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and professional development to department staff.
• Mentor and trains team members, write performance reviews, and allocate work.
• Monitor teams to deliver beyond client’s expectations.
• Motivate your team, and be the glue that keeps teams going.
• Set goals and KPIs for each team member, and work with them to achieve these.
