Qualifications

• Approximately 10+ years of relevant PR and communications experience, ideally within an agency environment.
• Essential: hands-on PR and earned communications expertise.
• Strong strategic judgement linking business objectives, audience insight, reputation and earned opportunities.
• Established understanding of the Singapore media landscape with senior media relationships.
• Excellent writing, messaging and editorial judgement.
• Ability to counsel senior clients and spokespeople and to lead multiple accounts and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships and act as trusted counsel on communications strategy, reputation, positioning and campaign direction.
• Analyse briefs and business challenges to identify the real communications problem and propose strategic solutions.
• Lead strategic planning across assigned accounts with clear objectives, audiences, narratives and KPIs.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively adjust accounts as required.
• Orchestrate account teams end-to-end, ensuring senior, high-quality counsel.
• Own the earned communications strategy across accounts, including corporate profiling, thought leadership and media engagement.
• Develop strong media narratives and relationships with editors, journalists, influencers and stakeholders.
• Provide senior counsel on reactive communications and reputational considerations.
