Job summary

Pilmico Foods Corporation is seeking a commercially minded strategy professional to shape and execute regional growth initiatives. You will report to the VP, Strategy & Business Development and drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, market assessments, and investment decisions.

In this role, you will collaborate with country leadership across markets, translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, and monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or related strategic roles.
• Experience from leading strategy consulting firms is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience evaluating strategic opportunities and business cases.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel across operating markets when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of corporate and business strategies.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, and industry research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Facilitate strategic planning activities and translate priorities into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.
• Partner with leaders across markets to align strategic objectives and drive execution.
• Evaluate opportunities, partnerships, investments, and expansion initiatives.
• Develop business cases, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations for executive decisions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and insights for leadership discussions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards; track initiative progress and risks.
