Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is seeking a professional to oversee grant governance and programme evaluation frameworks, ensuring compliance with grant policies, strengthening internal controls, establishing good practices, and building capabilities within BCA.

You will actively engage industry stakeholders and other government agencies to develop and review industry transformation programmes and incentive schemes, harmonise grant schemes, and enhance governance and efficiency in

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification with 2+ years in grant governance, design, administration or programme evaluation.
• Familiarity with Grants Governance manuals or fraud investigation is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, manage and review incentive schemes and programmes in collaboration with other agencies.
• Strengthen grant governance and management, using data to support reviews and improve processes.
• Develop strategies to enhance evaluators' and administrators' capabilities in project evaluation and risk management.
• Harmonise grant schemes to improve governance and efficiency in administration.
