Job summary

Public Service Division seeks to strengthen grant governance and programme evaluation frameworks within the BCA, ensuring compliance with grant policies and enhancing internal controls. You will engage industry stakeholders and government agencies to review and develop transformation programmes and incentive schemes.

The role focuses on strengthening governance, leveraging data for reviews, and building capabilities in project evaluation, fraud detection and risk management across grant schemes.

Qualifications

• Must have tertiary qualification and 2+ years in grant governance, design, administration or programme development and evaluation.
• Familiarity with grant governance manuals or fraud detection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, manage, and review incentive schemes and programmes to support strategic transformation outcomes in the built environment sector.
• Strengthen grant governance and management to ensure compliance and effectiveness of grants and programmes, including data-driven reviews and fraud prevention.
• Develop strategies to strengthen evaluators’ and administrators’ capabilities in project evaluation, fraud detection, risk management.
• Harmonise grant schemes to enhance governance and efficiency in administration.
