Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is seeking a professional to manage in-home senior-friendly enhancements applications, oversee installation contracts, and process payment claims. You will monitor project expenditure and prepare cash flow projections for budget control, while addressing appeals and inquiries.

The role requires a Built Environment degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, plus strong writing and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills; able to work effectively in a team.
• You should preferably possess a Built Environment related degree such as Building, Quantity Surveying, Project & Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Managing applications for in-home senior-friendly enhancements, including processing of payment claims and monitoring project expenditure.
• Preparing cash flow projections for budget control and responding to appeals.
