Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is seeking motivated professionals to strategise, develop and implement manpower development programmes for the construction sector. You will work with industry players, TACs and other agencies to raise capabilities and drive innovation across Singapore's built environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification required.
• Experience in construction-related field preferred.
• Experience with RPA, smart imaging tools, or test management is a plus.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of a manpower capability development platform with online skills assessment and booking system.
• Build and strengthen skills testing capability for new foreign workers, refining assessment standards.
• Shape future skills standards and assessment models aligned to industry transformation.
