Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven reporting and process improvement.
• Public sector or procurement experience is a plus.

• Proactive team player who can work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Procurement planning and advisory in partnership with line departments.
• End-to-end procurement support: sourcing documents, evaluating submissions, approvals and contract management.
• Governance and continuous improvement: ensure policy compliance and optimize processes.
