CTES Consulting Pte Ltd is assisting a client in Singapore to fill the Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director, Gift Stewardship role. Reporting to the Deputy Director, Stewardship, you will lead donor fund stewardship and reporting for major donors, ensuring funds are utilised according to donor intents and institutional priorities.

You will develop processes, supervise impact reporting, manage data in the CRM, and collaborate with faculties and leadership to align fundraising activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and strong professional track record.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in higher education or philanthropic sectors.
• Proven ability to deliver strategic outcomes in large organisations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong numerical analysis to derive insights and drive policy and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Monitoring donor fund utilisation and ensuring alignment with donor intentions and priorities.
• Overseeing impact reporting for major donors with accuracy and integrity.
• Managing donor data in the CRM and analysing engagement data for strategic decisions.
• Developing strategic plans to recognise and engage major donors and enhance retention.
• Collaborating with faculties to align donor contributions with need-based projects and goals.
• Working with leadership to align stewardship initiatives with the university’s strategic goals.
