CTES CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manager, Fundraising to join their team in Singapore. The role focuses on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors, including philanthropists, corporations, and foundations, and managing the full donor lifecycle from prospecting to closure.

The successful candidate will drive funding aligned with organisational priorities, lead end-to-end donor journeys, and work cross-functionally to build a sustainable fundraising pipeline.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years in fundraising or donor engagement.
• Experience with donor research and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage a portfolio of major donors.
• Lead end-to-end donor journey from proposal to closure.
• Build a robust donor pipeline via research and engagement planning.
• Deliver donor engagement opportunities to maximize support.
• Create pitch collateral for donor solicitations.
• Collaborate with team across donor programs and operations.
• Develop fundraising content with clinical teams for campaigns.
• Plan and execute donor events and stewardship activities.
• Contribute to fundraising capability-building and collaboration.
