You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape an integrated fundraising and marketing plan, develop a lean, high-performing team and secure long-term funding. Role emphasizes governance, transparent stewardship of gifts, and building trust with donors while exploring new market

Qualifications

• Track record of building portfolios of individual, major, and corporate donors.
• Experience growing income through segmentation, research, and cultivation.
• Experience with major giving and foundations is valuable.
• Ability to open doors to high net worth individuals, family offices, SMEs, and corporates.

• Shape and deliver an integrated fundraising and marketing strategy and annual development plan.
