Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking an experienced commercial FP&A lead to manage sales planning, gross margin optimization, and regional financial performance. The role requires strong expertise in forecasting, discount management, and their impact on margins across Southeast Asia.

You will partner with commercial, retail, digital, and operations to shape pricing, promotions, and strategic growth initiatives, while leveraging ERP and analytics tools to streamline planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related discipline.
• At least seven years of progressive experience in corporate financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in sales planning, revenue forecasting, discount management, margin planning and financial modeling in retail/con­sumer goods/multi‑channel environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales, discount, and gross margin planning across regional operations to support annual plans and long‑range strategies.
• Evaluate performance against financial plans, forecasts, and prior year metrics for risk and opportunities for executives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to evaluate pricing, promotions, and business development proposals.
• Create financial models and business cases for growth initiatives and monitor outcomes against assumptions.
• Modernize planning and reporting workflows using analytics tools and Tier‑1 ERP systems to improve speed and consistency.
