Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced FP&A lead to drive sales planning, gross margin optimization, and financial performance across Southeast Asia markets. You will direct discounting, margin planning, and revenue forecasting, partnering with cross-functional leaders to support annual and long-range plans.

You will build financial models and business cases for growth initiatives, monitor performance against forecasts, and modernize planning and reporting workflows using analytics tools

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related discipline.
• At least seven years in corporate FP&A.
• Experience in sales planning, revenue forecasting, discount and margin planning.
• Experience with AI tools is advantageous.
• Mandarin-speaking preferred for regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales planning, discounting, and gross margin across regional markets.
• Evaluate performance against plans, forecasts, and prior year metrics.
• Collaborate with commercial, retail, digital, and operations leaders.
• Develop financial models and business cases for growth initiatives.
• Modernize planning and reporting workflows using analytics and ERP systems.
