Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager, Asia to oversee regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting while monitoring performance against targets. You will analyze revenue trends, gross margins and expenses to deliver actionable commentary to regional management.

Beyond management reporting, you will partner with commercial, supply chain, and country finance teams to evaluate profitability, pricing strategies, and sales drivers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
A CPA or CA qualification is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years in accounting or FP&A is required.
Senior Audit Associates can transition to this commercial role with Power BI exposure.

Responsibilities

Oversee regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Monitor business performance against targets and deliver actionable commentary.
Analyze revenue trends, gross margins and operating expenditures.
Partner with commercial, supply chain and country finance teams to evaluate profitability, pricing strategies and drivers.
Support group reporting, enhance BI dashboards, and drive process automation to improve data integrity and reporting efficiency across the region.
