Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a finance professional to support FP&A across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will track budgets, analyse movements in revenue, costs, RWA and NIM, and prepare management reports to provide clear insights into performance.

You will partner with the Country CFO and Regional Finance to support planning, forecasting and performance discussions, ensuring data integrity for regional reporting and system initiatives across APAC.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and analysis for multi-regional coverage.
• Ability to track performance, analyse revenue, costs and key metrics.
• Strong reporting skills and management insight from forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A activities across Singapore and Southeast Asia, with East Asia expansion.
• Track actual performance vs budgets across business coverage and product lines.
• Prepare forecasts, variance analyses and management reports for insights.
• Partner with Country CFO and Regional Finance on budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain accuracy of financial data for reporting and regional analysis.
• Support regional finance systems and Group Finance projects rollout in APAC.
