Job summary

Sephora Asia Pte Ltd invites a seasoned Manager, FP&A and Integrated Financial Oversight to drive performance reporting, forecasting, and financial management across SEAO. You will partner with country finance teams, regional stakeholders, Global Finance and SSC to enhance stability and sustainable growth.

The role requires 8–10 years in FP&A, strong Excel, SAP and planning-system experience, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of FP&A experience or related finance roles.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and planning experience.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly financial performance review and reporting across SEAO.
• Provide integrated financial oversight (P&L, BS, NWC) and explain actuals vs budget/forecast.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and planning cycles with governance.
• Consolidate plans into leadership-ready outputs with variance analysis.
• Partner with country finance and SSC for data reliability and action plans.
• Support regional initiatives with finance input and priority alignment.
• Collaborate with Global/Regional/Country Finance and SSC teams.
