Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, is seeking an FP&A Manager, EPD APAC HQ, to lead financial planning and analysis across the APAC region and contribute to short- and long-term goals.

You will provide financial analysis, evaluation of business models, cash flow, and controllership support, partnering with business leaders to drive margin improvement, budgeting, and strategic investments. This role requires strong communication and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of experience in finance/accounting, pharma preferred.
• Affiliate FP&A experience is an asset.
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Working knowledge of PC word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable analysis and insight for decision making.
• Lead quarterly budgeting process (LBE) and annual OEM analyses.
• Monitor APAC financial performance including P&L and cash flow.
• Perform forward-looking ad-hoc analysis and scenario analysis.
• Lead cross-functional projects to realize lean reporting and improved processes.
• Manage complex analyses and present financial implications to senior management.
• Contribute to development of financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives.
