Job summary

Abbott Laboratories Pte Ltd is seeking an APAC Regional Demand Planning Manager to steer the demand planning cycle across Asia Pacific. You will partner with country teams, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global Operations to drive data-driven forecasts and strategic demand insights.

The role requires 7–10+ years in demand planning with regional experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with S&OP/IBP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, analytics or related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of experience in demand planning, S&OP/IBP, or related fields.
• Regional or multi-country planning experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC demand planning cycle across markets and product portfolios.
• Consolidate and review country forecasts with clear data and business drivers.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, perform root-cause analysis of variances, drive corrective actions.
