Job summary

Abbott Laboratories Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager, SEA, to consolidate and report sales, P&L and balance sheet across Southeast Asia, partnering with business leaders and ensuring compliance with policies.

You will drive month-end close with SSO/CFS, monitor cash conversion and credit management, and provide meaningful financial analysis to influence Senior Management. The role includes two direct reports and supporting regional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of business controlling/FP&A experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate/report Sales, P&L and Balance Sheet (actuals/forecast) for SEA across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and more.
• Lead month-end close with SSO/CFS teams and ensure compliance with policies.
• Monitor Cash Conversion Cycle and Credit Management for SEA markets.
• Provide business analytics to influence Senior Management and support regional growth.
