Job summary

Avanos Medical is seeking an FP&A Manager APAC to own financial planning and analysis for the Asia-Pacific region, including sales reporting and leadership of the APAC finance team. You will partner with sales, supply chain, and management to drive budget cycles and forecast accuracy, delivering insights to improve profitability in a global healthcare business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Experience in healthcare or manufacturing is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English with ability to communicate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A activities for APAC, including sales reporting and dashboards.
• Lead and motivate the APAC finance team and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct profitability analyses and provide actionable insights.
• Drive continuous improvement and data quality enhancements.
• Translate financial information into clear business implications for leadership.
