Job summary

NOVA TALENT PTE. LTD. is partnered with a global medical device company to recruit for a Regional APAC FP&A role based in Singapore. You will support planning, forecasting, reporting and business decisions that drive performance.

The role leads forecasting, AOP and strategic planning, analyses monthly P&L variances, and partners with Finance/BUs across APAC on revenue, profitability and resource planning. You will develop Power BI dashboards and contribute to financial modelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience in MNCs or regional APAC markets.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, Excel and modelling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with Power BI and ERP/FP&A systems.
• Professional certifications preferred (CPA/CA/ACCA/CIMA).

• Partner with Finance/BUs across APAC on revenue, profitability, pricing and resource planning.
• Prepare management reports and presentations.
• Drive process improvements and Power BI dashboards.
• Support financial modelling, consolidation and regional projects.

Requirements

• Over 5 years in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
• MNC / regional APAC experience preferred.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, Excel & financial modelling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Power BI / SAP / Hyperion / PBCS experience advantageous.
• CPA/CA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
