Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the LBE cycle for the Singapore ANRD and manage the monthly forecasting and reporting. You will collaborate with Columbus ANRD Finance, Project teams, and external auditors to ensure accurate financial delivery and compliance with Abbott policies.

The role requires strong financial acumen, 8–10 years in business partnering, and experience in capital planning and asset management. CPA/CA qualification is preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen with solid business partnering background translating strategic goals into financial interpretation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and regions.
• Experience in contract review and negotiation with vendors and service providers.
• Knowledge of Power BI would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly LBE process to deliver forecast accuracy.
• Prepare monthly management reports and ensure timely reporting of financial results.
• Regular review of project expenses to ensure funding allocation aligns with plan.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance Services (CFS) and appointed auditors to ensure proper reporting of R&D expenses.
• Support end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle including capital planning and capitalization.
