Sephora SEA seeks a Manager of FP&A & Integrated Financial Oversight to lead planning, reporting and financial governance across SEAO. You will consolidate P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, partner with regional finance, and drive forecasting discipline and executive insights.

You will collaboration closely with Global Finance and SSC to support stability and sustainable growth, while championing accuracy and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
• 8–10 years of FP&A, planning, reporting or related finance experience.
• Strong ability to analyze complex financial information and provide actionable insights.

Aufgaben

• Own monthly financial performance reviews across SEAO, delivering timely and meaningful reports.
• Provide integrated financial oversight by consolidating P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and planning cycles with clear governance and milestones.
• Partner with country finance teams and SSC to ensure data reliability for decision-making.
