Job summary

FINE TODAY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the Southeast Asia region. You will analyse performance, identify risks and opportunities, and report to regional leadership with actionable recommendations.

The role requires strong financial modelling, advanced Excel, and proficiency in Power BI or similar tools, collaborating with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to improve profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA qualifications advantageous.
• Business level Japanese & English mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance or related fields.
• Experience supporting regional or multinational operations preferred.
• Experience in FMCG/retail/distribution industry is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting for SEA region.
• Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports with key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage Sales Flash Report and provide updates to regional leadership.
• Support consolidation of Monthly Business Reports (MBR) and other management reports.
• Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
