Job summary

Sephora SEA in Singapore is seeking a Manager, FP&A and Integrated Financial Oversight to lead planning, management reporting and integrated financial management across SEAO.

You will drive performance visibility, forecasting governance and decision support, partnering closely with country finance teams, regional stakeholders, Global Finance and Shared Services to support operational stability and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA/CPA is advantageous.
• 8–10 years of FP&A, financial planning or reporting experience.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and performance management skills.
• Solid understanding of integrated financial management (P&L, BS, cash flow).
• Advanced Excel; experience with SAP, planning systems, BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly financial performance review process with timely reporting.
• Provide integrated financial oversight by consolidating P&L, BS and cash flow.
• Partner with country finance and Shared Services for data reliability.
• Monitor risks, variances and escalate issues with corrective actions.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and planning cycles with clear milestones.
• Consolidate plans into leadership‑ready outputs with risks and opportunities.
