Job summary

Sephora SEA seeks a Head of Finance and Operations for Singapore and Malaysia to partner with the General Manager and Market Leadership Team, driving financial discipline and operational excellence across the SGMY region.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, reporting, audit and risk management while aligning liquidity, inventory and service levels with regional strategy. Strong leadership and communication with regional stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA/ACCA advantageous.
• Significant finance leadership experience in multinational retail or consumer environments.
• Strong ability to translate financial insights into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance and Operations across Singapore and Malaysia (SGMY).
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, group policies and financial controls.
