• Experience in SaaS, AI, or research-based products is preferred for this role.

Aufgaben

• Maximise retention rate across the book of business.
• Drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions into other business units to uncover opportunities and meet revenue goals.
• Identify revenue at risk to prevent churn.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities within the book of business.
• Understand client business and stakeholders to tailor messaging for users and decision makers.
• Cultivate relationships to position AlphaSense as a trusted business partner.
• Hold Business Reviews with key stakeholders.
• Plan and execute onboarding and training initiatives.
• Provide proactive outreach with relevant material for users.
• Serve as the client’s on-site presence and advocate for both client and AlphaSense.
• Acquire value stories and product feedback for internal teams to improve product and marketing efforts.
