AlphaSense, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager, Corporate in Singapore to maintain and grow relationships with our clients. You will be the primary contact, handle inquiries, and collaborate with Account Executives to uncover new business opportunities.

You will engage with Fortune 1000 clients, drive retention, and position AlphaSense as a trusted partner. Strong bilingual communication in Chinese/Mandarin and English is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Business proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin and English is required to serve clients in the Chinese/Mandarin-speaking market.
• Minimum 2-4 years of account management experience.
• Relationship-driven with proven ability to grow Fortune 1000 client relationships.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with executives.

Responsabilités

• Maximize retention rate across the book of business.
• Increase adoption of AlphaSense solutions in existing clients to uncover new opportunities.
• Identify revenue at risk to prevent churn.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities.
• Understand client base to tailor messaging to users and decision makers.
• Cultivate relationships to position AlphaSense as a business partner.
• Hold Business Reviews with key stakeholders.
• Plan and execute onboarding and training for new users.
• Proactive outreach with relevant material for users.
• Be the boots on the ground within each client (floor walks, lunch and learns).
• Advocate for AlphaSense to clients and clients within AlphaSense.
• Acquire value stories and product feedback for internal use.
