Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience with costing, variance analysis, and management reporting in manufacturing.
• Strong data manipulation and insight extraction.
• Experience with BI platforms and planning systems.
• Knowledge of AI technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own standard cost review and quarterly/annual updates.
• Compute actual product costs and variance analyses.
• Lead monthly product forecasting cycles.
• Drive automation and AI integration for planning.
• Support global finance projects and month-end close.
