Job summary

Jurong Port Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Finance Business Partner to manage monthly financial performance reviews for assigned business units, critically analyse revenue, costs and profitability, and engage stakeholders to explain variances against budget and forecast.

You will oversee the month-end close, support budgeting and forecasting for corporate departments, assess cost drivers, and provide financial insights to department heads using Oracle and Workday Adaptive Planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CA/ACCA a plus.
• 2–3 years in finance/accounting with analytics or reporting background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; Oracle and Workday an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse monthly financial performance for units and explain variances.
• Support month-end close and resolve reporting issues.
• Partner with departments to manage expenditure and budgets.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for divisions.
• Evaluate investments and business cases to guide decisions.
• Improve planning and reporting processes using Workday and Oracle.
