Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a driven finance professional to support budgeting, forecasting, and costing initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders, perform financial modelling, and contribute to system enhancements to drive business decisions.

The role emphasizes data validation, performance analysis, and scenario planning to translate numbers into actionable recommendations across departments.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline or above.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, management reporting, business partnering, costing, or commercial finance.
• Healthcare or public sector experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Comfortable working with financial systems, large datasets, and process improvements.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities across projects.

Responsabilidades

• Financial Planning & Performance Analysis: support budgeting, forecasting, projections and performance analysis.
• Pricing & Cost Management: coordinate annual service pricing reviews and fee revisions with documentation.
• Business Partnering: collaborate with stakeholders on new services and proposals through detailed financial analysis.
• Financial Modelling & Systems Enhancement: support finance/costing systems improvements and cost modelling for services.
• Billing & Data Validation: review billing cases, validate information, and ensure data accuracy.
• System Testing & Process Improvement: participate in UAT for finance/billing system enhancements.
• Scenario Analysis & Special Projects: conduct financial simulations and ad hoc analyses to support strategies and operations.
