Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a driven finance professional to support financial planning, budgeting, and costing initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders, perform financial modelling, and drive system enhancements to improve costing accuracy and decision support.

The role involves collaborating on pricing reviews, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses to translate numbers into actionable business insights across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related discipline and above.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, management reporting, costing, or commercial finance.
• Healthcare or public sector experience would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and develop practical recommendations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across different business functions.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and financial systems.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Performance Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, financial projections, and performance analysis to provide insights.
• Pricing & Cost Management: Coordinate pricing reviews and cost revisions with supporting documentation.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate new services and strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
• Financial Modelling & Systems Enhancement: Support finance and costing systems improvements, including cost modelling for operational services.
• Billing & Data Validation: Review billing-related cases, validate financial information, and identify discrepancies.
• System Testing & Process Improvement: Participate in UAT for finance and billing system enhancements.
• Scenario Analysis & Special Projects: Conduct simulations and ad hoc analysis to support business strategies.
